Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 300 gr tomato puree
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 100 grams of dried porcini mushrooms
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley


Clean the carrot, the onion and the celery. Chop it all together; in the meanwhile soak the dried mushrooms in a bowl of water for at least 20 minutes. Sauté the chopped vegetables in a saucepan with oil, then add the mushrooms, cook everything together for a minute and then add the tomato sauce. Stir, add salt (and pepper if you want) and cook it all in an uncovered pan for 15 minutes. In the end, add the parsley. Meanwhile boil the pasta. When it is ready pour it into the casserole with the mushroom sauce and let it flavor!
