• For each portion use 4/5 saffron threads (for example for 2 persons you use 8/10 saffron threads, for 4 people you use 16/20 saffron threads)
  • Put the saffron threads in cup of coffee with boiling water and leave them infusing for about 2 hours
  • Once you have finished this procedure , the water should be of a very intense yellow colour. The infuse has to be added to your recipe just before its cooking time is done
